Company was required to go bankrupt. We came aboard after the announcement and first started to frame a service agreement in order to ensure the continuity of the estate. In the end, estate was bought by rival company and because of it was really important to be careful in the service agreement phase.
Our assignment
We joined after the bankruptcy announcement. We prepared content for a transitional service agreement after reviewing the architecture, costs and services provided by the group.
Solution we offered
We provided joint services with the customer´s affiliate company to bring transparency to the parties. We were responsible for system projects, data, architecture, cost allocation, vendors and post-project transition.
Results we gained
The end result was the assurance of data as well as the proportional sharing of costs.
