CASE: Merger (cut, move and integrate)
On behalf of buyer, we overlooked overall ICT risks after the due diligence. From ICT perspective due diligence is crucial phase since that contains potential that can create unexpected costs, uncontrolled situation related to business continuity can occur or can be affected to sales & purchase price.
Business merger of two companies. We managed integration project, executed tendering process for supplier front and eventually gained synergy benefits from the ICT perspective.
Solution we offered
At the buyer´s request, we made preparations based on the due diligence phase. We created an integration project plan for IT and supported in other areas.
Results we gained
Fully controlled merger; no unexpected costs or uncontrolled situations. The project is still ongoing.
